About the event
Celebrate Sedona engages the local community while celebrating and featuring local and regional arts, food and drink! Held in the upper parking lot of Sedona Arts Center, Celebrate Sedona is a celebration of the beauty and diversity of our community’s music, food, drink, and artistry.
The event takes place from 4 pm to 6 pm during select First Friday opening receptions and features local musicians, DJ’s, food trucks, wineries, and live demonstrations by local artists!
WHY WE'RE HERE
Celebrate Sedona is specifically targeted toward strengthening ties within the greater Sedona area to support the local community. Admission to Celebrate Sedona is free to the public with food and drink available for purchase. While this program is targeted to locals, we know that is also appeals to tourists and part-time residents. In addition, our Gallery hours are extended for any special exhibitions that may be occurring on Celebrate Sedona days.

Freedom
July 3, 2026 – August 6, 2026
This powerful exhibit, themed Freedom, explores the many dimensions of liberation—personal, political, cultural, and creative—through the lens of contemporary artists from across the country. Featuring a wide range of mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, and installation, the exhibit invites viewers to reflect on what freedom means in different contexts and to different communities.Freedom challenges, inspires, and reaffirms the transformative power of art as a vehicle for change.
Opening Reception: Friday, July 3, 2026 from 4p-6p at Celebrate Sedona.
